About Me

I am a senior legal analyst at the Open Markets Institute. My research focuses on antitrust, political economy, and how the law distributes and structures power in our society.

My scholarship has been published by the Connecticut Public Interest Law Journal, the Washington Monthly, The American Prospect, Slate, The Hill, ProMarket, The Sling, Wired, Newsweek, and more. I have also published multiple research reports for the Open Markets Institute and the Center for Journalism and Liberty.

I have previously worked for the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection after being awarded a Janet D. Steiger Fellowship in 2017 by the American Bar Association. To bring awareness to antitrust issues, I gave a TEDx Talk at the University of Connecticut in 2017, where I detailed the systemic industry consolidation in the United States, the economic consequences of market concentration, and what ordinary citizens can do to fight back. In 2021, my work was profiled by the UConn Magazine (PDF Archive).

I earned a B.S. in Management from the University of Connecticut in 2012 and a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2019.
